The dust slowly settles over the main street, the sun sinks behind the mountains, but in MBrickz Deadwood, the lights are just coming on! Today, I’m taking you to my growing Western town made of building bricks, which shows that the Wild West doesn’t have to be dusty and dark.
A luminous spectacle: Lumibricks makes it possible
The heart of my town is the Lumibricks sets. Anyone who knows me knows that I love details. But these sets are the icing on the cake because they come fully illuminated. When the LED lights in the saloon come on, the scene immediately comes to life.
MBrickz Deadwood currently consists of these highlights:
- Old West Gold Mine: The place where dreams (and the gold rush) begin.
- Western Saloon: The social center where the whiskey flows and the lights never go out.
- Western Bank Heist: Every good western town needs a bank—especially when it’s this detailed.
- Western Stagecoach: The stagecoach provides the necessary transportation between the dusty trails.
More than just decoration: action at the touch of a button
What makes these sets so special to me is their modularity and built-in play features. We’re not just talking about static models here. The bench, for example, has an explosion function! Just press a button and the action begins. Combined with the integrated lighting, this creates an atmosphere that is often missing from conventional manufacturers’ products.
A brief disclaimer: Although the name may suggest otherwise, MBrickz Deadwood has no connection to the HBO series of the same name. Any similarities in the name or setting are purely coincidental and are due to my preference for the genre.
The future of Deadwood
The town is far from finished. The next settlers have already announced their arrival! Soon, the blacksmith and the sheriff’s office will open their doors to ensure law and order and provide horseshoes.
So things remain exciting in MBrickz Deadwood. I will of course keep you up to date here in the blog as soon as the new buildings are up and the first LEDs are wired.
